Effective teaching of the V'Dibarta Bam Talmud Skills Program depends on the identification of the teaching staff with the program ("buy in"), and significant understanding of its contents and theory.
Bonayich Educational Services takes great pride in the program, and we invest time and effort in the guidance of the teachers who represent our program.
Any school joining V'Dibarta Bam receives, as part of their package, a twenty academic hour pre-service for their staff, which explains the theory and practice of the program, introduces the materials and suggests appropriate use of the package. This pre-service is then followed throughout the first year of V'Dibarta Bam instruction with two additional visits to the school by a Bonayich teacher guide, and telephone and e-mail support services for the teachers involved. |
